Day 34: Vemma Bod-E Transformation

Day 34: Meal 1  I  Drank my Vemma Bod-E Burn and I had Kashi Go Lean Cereal, Milk and some Carrots.  I drank my Vemma Bod-E  Cleanse later in the day. Meal 2 I had Non Fat Greek Yogurt with strawberries,  a Avocado , and carrots. Meal 3 I had a piece of toast, avocado and 2 eggs.  Meal 4 I had Non Fat Greek Yogurt with blueberries, and  Carrots, Meal 5 my wife made Chicken Stir Fry that had broccoli, onion, asparagus, bell pepper, carrots and snow peas .  30 minutes before bed I drank my Vemma Bod-e Rest.I spent a good part the morning cleaning up the house and doing laundry.

Smart Beverages

Water, tea, brewed coffee and diet soda, with non-caloric sweeteners (if desired). Limit specialty coffees, creamers and sugars as they are a source of refined carbohydrates.

Smart Condiments

Vinaigrette’s, barbeque sauces and wine sauces, as well as herbs and spices are recommended; however any condiment of choice can be used sparingly.
